We process the contact information you optionally provide, provider account metadata, selected date ranges, billing and usage metadata, generated reports, and the technical information required to operate the service. We do not ask for, store, or display prompt or completion content as part of an audit.

We also keep first-party product analytics so we can understand how the site is used and improve it. This records page routes, interaction types such as button clicks and link navigation, and your IP address with the approximate country it resolves to. It does not record form values, API keys, passwords, prompts, report-link tokens, or the content of your provider account.

Provider credentials are encrypted at rest only while an audit is running. They are deleted from our systems after the report is generated or the audit fails. Audit records and report data remain available through the report link unless removed under our normal operational or legal requirements. When a promotional code unlocks a report, we retain the unlock time and a one-way code fingerprint, not the code itself.

We use information to validate the requested provider connection, retrieve audit metadata, generate and deliver your report, secure the service, provide support, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

We use infrastructure, database, and AI-provider service providers as necessary to run the service. We share information with providers only as needed to deliver the requested service.

You can avoid optional contact fields, revoke provider access after an audit, and request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by emailing us. Some information may need to be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, or law.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption for temporary credentials. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy by posting the revised version here.
