Terms of Service

AI Cost Audit is operated by Dan Zlotnikov. The service analyzes usage and billing metadata supplied by you or made available through the provider credentials you choose to connect. It produces an informational cost-optimization report; it is not legal, tax, financial, security, or compliance advice.

You must have authority to connect each provider account and to grant the limited access used for the audit. Use temporary, least-privilege credentials where available. Do not submit prompts, completions, personal data, or credentials that you are not authorized to share.

We use connected credentials only to retrieve the metadata needed to generate the requested report. We do not intentionally retrieve prompt or completion content. Credentials are encrypted while the audit runs and deleted from our systems after the report is generated or the run fails.

Reports use provider-supplied billing and usage data and may contain estimates, incomplete recent data, or provider-specific limitations. You are responsible for reviewing recommendations, validating their impact, and making any production changes.

A screening preview is available immediately and free of charge. A promotional access code may unlock the detailed automated report and PDF. If you request an optional human-reviewed audit, we collect your email so we can personally review the findings, send tailored recommendations, and follow up about that audit. Submitting an email does not itself unlock the automated report. There is no checkout, subscription, or payment obligation.

You may not misuse the service, interfere with it, attempt to access another customer's report, or use it in violation of applicable law or provider terms. We may suspend or refuse service where necessary to protect the service, users, or third parties.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
